I joined Noquo Foods in the late summer of 2020, embracing the goal of developing tasty and nutritious plant-based products! I always had the dream to use my knowledge as food scientist to make better products which could have a positive impact on the environment and people's health. At Noquo Foods I feel to have found the right place for positively affecting the planet!
I'm an Italian food scientist, who lived in Belgium for the last 6 years studying fermented foods. I'm curious by nature, questioning anything and trying to find answers to everything. I love food and sport and, as a good Italian, I have a weak point for pizza and football.
