Growing up with a diverse background in a tiny little city in the North of Portugal meant I always ate what my friends would call ''weird'' food. From a young age I started developing an enthusiasm for wanting to understand why my food was different and what did that mean.
When finishing my studies I was presented with the dilemma of ''Now what?''...I knew I wanted to be in the front line of innovators working towards a greater cause. Having studied Food Science during an environmental crisis lead me straight to Noquo Foods. At Noquo Foods on a day to day I am given the chance to work in a company whose values are aligned with mine next to a team of equal minded people and that is the dream!
Overall I am someone who is very curious and loves to experience new things. I like to use my free time to feed my artistic soul, either through music, books or any other little project that I am interested at the moment. On the weekends, 2 out of 3 you will probably find me either on a climbing wall or in the kitchen recreating some of my favorite dishes as a child.
