We are taking on what is most likely one of the hardest challenges in the food industry right now, to make a delicious cheese using only plants.

Science
To replicate the behaviour and sensory characteristics of cheese without using the milk protein Casein needs scientific obsession to the say the least.
Culture
Food is all about culture. Understanding this is critical as we design and explain our products to our customers.
Ambition
If we are to achieve something nobody has ever done before, we need ambition. We need to be bold, work hard and have true perseverance.

A couple of things...


  • We are a small and diverse team,  we all are born in different countries and have different backgrounds and many of us have relocated to Sweden to join our mission. Our passion towards our mission unites us and would love to welcome you as well :)

  • We are ambitious, like to challenge ourselves and work hard. We are equally committed to creating a supportive, friendly and trusting environment where we all can be ourselves. It is in this combination we believe magic happens.

  • We work hard to have clear roles and responsibilities in the team. But we also embrace the fast pace of growth that forces more fluid setups and ongoing adjustments. 

  • We value working tightly together from one place, why we have both our office and laboratory in Solna, in Stockholm, with Karolinska Institute as neighboors.  

  • The working language is English, it's practical if you're comfortable with it.
